Where we work

Three sectors. One standard of care.

01

Enterprise

Drive innovation, productivity and profitability with strategic AI adoption, modern collaboration and a cybersecurity posture your board can stand behind. From migration to managed change, we carry the programme end to end.

02

Education

We equip educators and administrators with AI-enabled teaching tools, managed Chromebook fleets and safe, compliant learning environments — trusted by schools, colleges and universities across the region.

03

Public Sector

Governments and public institutions work with us to modernise services on compliant cloud infrastructure — GDPR-ready, sovereign where it matters, and built to serve citizens for decades, not quarters.

Stories our clients let us tell.

−75% Enterprise

Nordward rebuilt its IT on Google Cloud.

One administrator now runs the whole environment for 300 employees — administration time down three quarters, with facilities connected to a single scalable cloud backbone.

Before the move, Nordward's servers sat inside local operations facilities. When something stopped, someone on site had to walk over and restart it. Unreliable local connections turned small faults into expensive downtime, and the whole arrangement stood in the way of the company's growth plans.

Acting as IT architect and Google Cloud specialist, our team rebuilt Nordward's most critical business and production systems on Google Cloud Platform: Cloud SQL in place of locally installed databases, Compute Engine for application servers, BigQuery with Looker for data and reporting, and Cloud VPN linking every facility back to the platform.

Administration time fell by 75 per cent. A single administrator now runs an environment serving 300 people, security is managed centrally, and the entire setup can be duplicated whenever Nordward acquires another business.

11,000 Enterprise

One platform for a Nordic healthcare group.

Team Olivia unified 60 companies across three countries onto Google Workspace — a migration that financed itself by retiring fragmented legacy systems.

Team Olivia is one of the Nordic region's largest private healthcare companies — roughly 60 businesses trading under local brands across more than 160 locations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, employing over 11,000 people between them.

Communication had not kept pace with that growth. Several different email systems ran side by side, there was no shared intranet, and individual companies had no dependable way to reach everyone who worked for them. We moved the group onto Google Workspace — Gmail, Meet, Chat and a Sites-based intranet — beginning with 600 employees migrating off legacy office software, then bringing the group companies across in stages alongside a growing Chromebook fleet.

Every employee now works on one platform. The programme largely paid for itself by retiring the complicated, costly systems it replaced, and opened up collaboration between companies and teams that previously had no way to find one another.

Students working with AI tools in a classroom
AI Education

Tring School teaches with AI, thoughtfully.

A Google Reference School bringing Gemini into daily teaching — guided by its own AI usage scale and a curriculum that teaches responsible use before adoption.

Tring School is a Google Reference School, but its Digital Learning Lead, Emma Ferris, describes the real obstacle as human rather than technical: staff are understandably wary of change until they can see what it gives back.

So adoption is deliberately incremental. Gemini helps teachers raise the quality of their resources and personalise material for individual learners. Screencastify lets art teachers give feedback by voice and screen rather than writing it out, returning hours to actual teaching. Each step is proven in practice before it spreads further.

The school also wrote its own AI assessment scale, setting out clearly where AI use belongs in assessed work and where it does not. Students are taught to use these tools responsibly and to understand their limits — a curriculum decision, not an afterthought.

1:1 Public Sector

Valkeakoski gave every student a device.

From one shared device per eight students to a personal Chromebook per pupil — the Finnish city moved its schools to location-independent learning in a single summer.

Valkeakoski's schools began from a difficult position: roughly one shared computer for every eight pupils, no proper wireless coverage and no digital textbooks. Digital teaching was an ambition rather than a daily reality.

The city planned the change with us before buying anything, including benchmarking visits to Finnish schools already running these tools. Chromebooks arrived in August 2019 as personal devices for pupils from year four upward, together with Google Workspace for Education and the network to support it. Everything was delivered ready to use — staff and students signed in and began.

Change management mattered as much as the technology, something the city's ICT coordinator, Simo Siitonen, has singled out as decisive. Pupils took to their own devices immediately, and teachers could finally set work that continues beyond the classroom.

What we do

09 practices,
one accountable partner.

Every practice is delivered by certified specialists and backed by direct partnership with the platform vendor.

Deployment, migration, security hardening and adoption programmes for the collaboration platform your whole organisation lives in.

Infrastructure, data platforms and BigQuery analytics — architected, migrated and operated under Premier Partner accountability.

Cloud infrastructure, migration and agentic AI workloads on AWS — for organisations that run on more than one platform and want a single partner accountable for both.

Practical AI in daily work: Gemini assistant rollouts, agent workflows in Agentspace, NotebookLM research spaces and Grammarly writing intelligence — automation without code, governance that keeps legal comfortable.

Fleet procurement, zero-touch enrolment and lifecycle management for the most secure endpoint platform in mainstream computing.

Independent backup for Workspace and cloud workloads, retention policy design and tested recovery — because trust needs proof.

Location intelligence for logistics, supply chains and smart buildings — from routing APIs to full indoor wayfinding.

Structured enablement for admins, end users and leadership — delivered by certified trainers, measured by adoption, not attendance.

Trelson Assessments, Merlyn Mind and Edudata — specialist tooling for secure exams, classroom AI and education data, integrated by people who know schools.
